The closing date for individual registration is on November 13, 2026. After this date, registrations will be accepted on site only

Cancellation Conditions :

Cancellation should be notified in writing to OVERCOME. Cancellation received before October 11, 2026, a 60 € fee will be charged. Beyond this date, no refund will be possible.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for participants, at the congress venue at preferential rates

Sales Conditions

Reservations will be confirmed, only once the deposits stipulated below have been paid by the participant and registered by the organisers. In case of payment by cheque or wire transfer, please send the proof of payment to « housing@overcome.fr

Cancellation policy

Until 24/10/2026 you can cancel your accommodation without fees.

From 25/10/2026 all roomnights will be charged

Agency fees of 18€ will be charged in case of cancellation

Cancellations must be sent to housing@overcome.fr

Payment conditions :

Full payment is due upon reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be made directly to the used credit card.

For payments by check or wire transfer, please send the proof of the transaction to « housing@overcome.fr" and specify ISCAT 2026 in the subject line.

Unpaid rooms will be kept in option for 7 days. Once this delay has passed your reservation may automatically be cancelled.

In case of non-payment on or before the stipulated dates, the organisers will cancel your reservation, without any possible refund.

Incidental charges, included but not limited to, unannounced double supplements and upgrades requested by the guest, must be paid onsite. A credit card guarantee will be asked by the hotel.
