The organizers reserve the right to decline registration at their discretion. You will receive a confirmation upon payment of your registration form.

Registration deadline: December 4th, 2025. After this date, registration will be available on site.

Registration fees include : Access to all scientific sessions, access to the scientific gathering space, congress materials, lunches on December 8th, 9th and 10th 2025, daily coffee breaks and Keynote Lecture.

Cancellation conditions
To request a refund, participants must return their registration receipt with a written request to OVERCOME.
Before November 10th, 2025 there will be a 50% fee charge on requested refund. No refund after this date is possible.
