Secure your accommodation in time, at the best rates!

Rooms have been reserved for faculty and participants at the The Mayflower Hotel (the congress venue) and at the Madison - Le Méridien (7 minutes by walking from The Mayflower).

Reservations have to be made online through Overcome to benefit from the special rates.

• $305 per night, excluding local and sales tax (15,95%)  -Mayflower Hotel (venue)
• $296 per night, excluding local and sales tax (15,95%) - The Madison-Le Meridien

Additional $20 housing fee per room for the whole stay.

Room nights should be paid online directly to Overcome.

Please read carefully first

• Rates include taxes.
• Breakfast is not included. An enhanced welcome coffee will be served at the venue.
• In case of a mistake or change to your hotel reservation, please send an email to housing@overcome.fr. Please do not repeat the reservation process. We will fix it for you.
• In case you are not able to reserve online, it may be that one or more of the room nights are no longer available. 
  • Please send an email to housing@overcome.fr and we will check for you.
• Reservation fees are forfeited in case of cancellation any time.
• You can cancel your room until November 6th, 2026 and claim a refund. Starting November 7th, 2026 no refunds will be accepted.
• Unpaid rooms are not confirmed and can be cancelled anytime without notice

Please follow the following instructions to secure your hotel room

• Enter your arrival and departure date in the reservation grid below
  • Do not enter dates twice - this will create a double booking!
• Select "double room single or double use".
• Add remarks important for the hotel to know.
• Then validate and proceed to online payment.
• Once paid, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with an invoice with a zero balance.

The organizers reserve the right to decline registration at their discretion. You will receive a confirmation upon payment of your registration form.

Registration deadline: December 4th, 2026. After this date, registration will be available on site.

Registration fees include : Access to all scientific sessions, access to the scientific gathering space, congress materials, lunches on December 7th, 8th and 9th 2026, daily coffee breaks.

Cancellation conditions
To request a refund, participants must return their registration receipt with a written request to OVERCOME.
Before November 9th, 2026 there will be a 50% fee charge on requested refund. No refund after this date is possible.
