The organizers reserve the right to decline registration at their discretion. You will receive confirmation upon payment of your registration fee.
Registration deadline : November 2nd, 2026. After this date, registration will be available on site.

● Lunches and coffee breaks on November 12th and 13th 2026 *
● Conference dinner on November 12th
* Applicable only for onsite participation
Cancellation Policy :
To request a refund, participants must return their registration receipt with a written request to OVERCOME.
Before October 1st, 2026 there will be a 50% fee charge on requested refund. No refund after this date is possible.
Please note, that cancellations are not possible for online registrations.
