II. General information / Informations générales
1) Applicants should complete the online abstract registration form on the Congress website before Monday, May 28th, 2018, at 23.59. / Les dépositaires doivent finaliser leurs soumissions d'abstracts en ligne avant le lundi 28 mai 2018, à 23h59.
Your email address has to be valid. / Votre email doit être valide
Abstracts sent by fax, by email or by mail or summaries received after the deadline submission will not be considered. / Les abstract envoyés par fax, email, courrier postal ou après la date limite de soumission seront refusés.
2) A maximum of TWO posters from a presenter will be considered. / Deux posters maximum peuvent être soumis par un même auteur.
3) Picture: no more than one simple image should be submitted per application.1 upploaded file will be considered as 50 characters. Une seule illustration peut être inséré dans votre resumé. Une image représente 50 mots.
7) Review process: summaries will be assessed anonymously and the Scientific Committee will make the decision on as to acceptability of each abstract / Le Comité Scientifique prendra la décision d'acceptation de chaque résumé.
8) Applicants will be advised of the Scientific Committee’s final decision in July 2018. Les dépositaires seront informés de la décision du comité scientifique pendant la seconde quinzaine de juillet 2018.
9) Only ONE designated presenter can present an accepted abstract. Co-authors are welcome to attend the session, but are also required to register for the conference. / Seul le soutenant désigné peut présenter un résumé validé. Les co-auteurs sont les bienvenus à la session de présentation mais devront s'être inscrits à la conférence.
III. Abstract submission guidelines / Guide de soumission d'abstract
- All submissions must be in English / Tous les abstracts doivent être soumis en anglais.
- Abstracts already published in other congresses may also be presented. / Des abstracts déjà présentés dans d'autres congrès peuvent être soumis.
- To submit an abstract, click on the link « SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT » on the ISCAT website. / Pour soumettre un abstract cliquez sur le lien "SOUMETTRE UN ABSTRACT" sur le site du congrès ISCAT.
- You will have to create a login before submitting an abstract: complete the submission form with your contact details. / Vous devrez créer un compte dépositaire pour soumettre votre abstract. Vos coordonnées vous seront demandées dans le fomulaire.
- To modify your abstract, log in with your username and password./ Pour modifier votre abstract, connectez-vous à votre espace personnel avec votre adresse email et le mot de passe reçu par email.
- You will receive an email confirming the complete submission of your abstract. / Un email de confirmation vous sera envoyé après la soumission de votre abstract.
- You can modify your abstract as long as you have saved it but not submitted. / Votre abstract peut être modifé en mode brouillon. Cela ne sera pas possible une fois l'abstract soumis définitivement.
- We recommend you to keep a copy of all written exchanges until the congress. / Nous vous recommandons de garder une copie des emails reçus jusqu'au congrès.
IV. Your abstract / Votre abstract
1) Your abstract should not exceed 350 words. All abstracts have to be submitted in English. / Votre abstract ne doit pas excéder 350 mots. Tous les abstracts doivent être soumis en anglais.
2) Themes of presentation / Thématiques :
a. You have to select a main theme / Sélectionner le thème de votre abstract:
Ablation of atrial fibrillation - Ablation de la fibrillation atriale
Ablation of ventricular arrhythmias - Ablation des arythmies ventriculaires
Ablation : other - Ablation : autres
b. Indicate up to 5 keywords that best describe your summary. / Indiquer jusqu'à 5 mots-clés pour décrire votre résumé.
3) Authors full names and affiliations must be specified; surnames should be in capital letters. / Le nom complet des auteurs et leur affiliation doivent être spécifiés. Les noms doivent être en lettres majuscules.
